Will it fit my car?
Every unit is built from a model of the original vehicle, so the enclosure follows the exact geometry of your cargo area or compartment. Tell us your make, model and year and we will confirm the fit before you order.
Does fitting damage the car?
No. Installation is non-destructive — nothing is cut, drilled or permanently modified. The unit sits in space your vehicle already has, and your interior keeps its original look.
How is it powered?
Four AA batteries. There is no wiring into the vehicle, so installation stays reversible.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the price tier. At the $899 pre-sale price, orders ship in about 2 months. At the $1,299 regular price, orders ship within 1 week. Safes built for other vehicle models are made to order and also take about 2 months.
Who pays customs duties and taxes?
We do. All shipments are sent DDP, so import duties and taxes are covered by us and the price you pay is final.
What does the warranty cover?
A 1-year warranty covering all non-human quality defects. Shipping costs for warranty service are paid by the buyer.
Can I return it?
Returns for quality issues are accepted within 30 days; return shipping is paid by the buyer. If something is wrong with the unit, contact us first and we will sort it out.
How do I unlock it?
Three ways: fingerprint, touch keypad PIN, or the emergency key. Up to 30 fingerprints can be stored, so family members can each use their own.
