Welcome to IOCLK. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website, including our products, services, features, tools and related content (the “Services”). The Services are operated by Ningbo Ioclk Security Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing, browsing, purchasing from or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Section 1 — Access and account

By using our Services you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your location, or that you have permission from a legal guardian where required. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. All information you provide at account creation, checkout or in communication with us must be accurate, complete and current.

Section 2 — Our products

IOCLK products are purpose-built vehicle security solutions. We make every effort to keep product images, descriptions, specifications and features accurate; however colors, appearance and product details may vary slightly due to device settings or manufacturing updates. Specifications and availability may change without prior notice.

Vehicle compatibility: our products are designed for specific vehicle models. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility, including model, year and configuration, before ordering. If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, contact us before purchase.

Custom vehicle solutions: because these products are built to order for a specific vehicle, customized products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has begun, and are eligible for support only where there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Section 3 — Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect customer information. Once an order has entered processing, customization or shipment preparation, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy at /policies/refund-policy.

Section 4 — Prices and billing

Prices, promotions and discounts may change at any time. The price charged is the price displayed when your order is placed. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information, and by submitting payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the associated charges will be accepted.

Section 5 — Shipping and delivery

We provide international shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination country, customs processing, carrier delays and events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Section 6 — Warranty

IOCLK products include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects and quality issues under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation or unauthorized modification, damage from external factors, normal wear and tear, or use outside the intended purpose. To make a claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a video showing the problem. Shipping costs for warranty service are paid by the buyer.

Section 7 — Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy at /policies/refund-policy. Products must meet the eligibility requirements stated there. Products that have been installed, modified or used may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Section 8 — Intellectual property

All content made available through our Services — including brand names, logos, product designs, images, videos, text, graphics and website layout — is owned by Ningbo Ioclk Security Technology Co., Ltd., its affiliates or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or otherwise use any part of our Services or intellectual property without prior written permission.

We may provide access to third-party services, applications or tools, and our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided by third parties; we do not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy or performance, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security or policies. Section 10 — Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy at /policies/privacy-policy. Because our Services are powered by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify under Shopify’s privacy policy.

Section 11 — Feedback and reviews

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, photos, videos or other content to us, you grant IOCLK a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content for business and marketing purposes. You confirm that you own or control the rights to the content you submit.

Section 12 — Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IOCLK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of our Services or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of our Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
